Talking about money can be uncomfy, but it doesn’t have to be. I know that I’m not for everyone, and that is ok. This is my passion project, my FULL TIME job that I maintain so that you are getting the best of me, not what is left of me after a 40hr work week. This is how I feed my pup, how I buy my own groceries. I make sure to pay the feds, I have expensive equipment to give you a quality product, and I have 1 Million dollars insurance coverage for anything that might go wrong. Expenses go far beyond the few hours the day of. 70ish hours of editing, travel to and from your wedding, making up timelines and setting dates with you, and complimentary engagement photography all add up in the margins.

I want to bring you a special kind of professionalism that helps you lay your head on your pillow, worry free, at night, about one less thing on your wedding day… you will know that I am here for you, no matter what.

The process

Questionnaire

By filling out the questions in my contact form, it allows me to give you the highest quality response, with all the information you need from me to decide on our next steps together.

I know that this is either the 10th form, or the first of several, that you will be responding to, but I promise the lack of email back and forth will make your search SO much easier in the end 🖤.

Set Up a Zoom With Me

Once we know that I am available for your date, we can set up a phone call. During this call I will help you make a timeline (if needed) and we will go over the chain of events, and how I can best serve those photo needs of yours ;)

Once we have our plan, I can give you your hand tailored quote. At that point I will send you an emailed overview of our conversation with the quote, and we can go from there!

Make it Official

When you decide that it was love at first video call, then I can send you a contract that will get signed by y’all, followed by sending your $800 retainer via Zelle. (Using my phone #)

At that point, we will have your date locked in, and the countdown begins!!

One hour sessions with me can include solo engagements, families, couples, and branding sessions for professionals. You receive around 150 photos on average.

FAQ

How many photos will I receive?
Because I do not put a set number on your memories, the amount of photos that you get back can be varied in quantity. For regular sessions and engagements, I tend to give 75-200. For weddings you can expect around 75-100 images per hour. So, for an 8 hour wedding, you are most likely going to be in the 600-800 range.
Do you travel?
Yes! Colorado based weddings that are over 2 hours away (That begin early morning or end late) will require 1-2 nights in a hotel to ensure my safety, and that you don’t have an exhausted photog at your wedding. Travel in state is $750 for two nights. Out of state travel (national) is $1,500 for 2 nights. Any inquires for international travel will be discussed on a couple to couple basis.
Can you help me find other reliable vendors?
Absolutely! I want you to have the best day ever, so if that means I get to help you find some super cool peeps to help make that happen, I am all about it. I have a lot of industry friends, and even if I do not personally know the best fit for you right away, I am more than happy to do some research on your behalf. Because… I have seen the horror stories, and that ain’t about to be you on my watch!
Do you make albums?
I do! I produce archival albums through a wonderful vendor that gives you lay flat pages that have a beautiful finish and feel good in your hands.
